I would have given my order 5 stars if I had received the Crocs as pictured above. I had ordered the Chocolate/Chocolate Yukon Clogs because I wanted a pair with the lighter tan color as pictured above, but not the much lighter khaki/tan Clogs. What I received today was a pair of very very dark brown Yucon Clogs, what a disappointment. I called Crocs customer support twice, and emailed them twice with photos of the Crocs as pictured on Amazon. Still waiting for a response. The agent was unable to find their AD for the Yukon Clogs on Amazon, and the photo they have of the same Yucon Clog on their home website is also different from the ones I received, and different from the ones on Amazon, so that's three different versions of Chocolate/Chocolate? I have several pairs of Crocs, and a pair of black Yucon Clogs, and have worn them almost every day for the past 2 or 3 years. In this case I think it is a matter of poor lighting when the product was photographed. Using the wrong lighting can dramatically change the color to something different than what is seen with the naked eye (I used to do this for a living), so I hope they color correct their products, and work something out for me that makes us both happy. Also, there is no feedback option for this seller on Amazon? I was advised to contact Amazon customer support on this matter also, and will do that next.

I am a medical professional and am on my feet for many hours of the day. I was looking for a clog that had great ventilation and was comfortable for someone like myself that had flat feet. In the past I had used a clog that had an open heel and did not like the sensation of constant heel "clapping" as I walked.
I decided to try out the Yukon. At face value it had everything that I wanted and in all ways but one it actually delivered. The ventilation is excellent-feet do not get hot at all. The adjustable heel strap works great and while there is some elevation of the heel when you walk it is hardly noticeable and after a while it feels like a closed heel even though it is not. The style of the clog is a "step-up" from your "run of the mill" clogs.
The only criticism I have for this clog is comfort. The problem is the foot bed consists of a hard rubberized sole that has nubs that project upward that is designed to help circulation and message the foot. Unfortunately all it did for me was make the otherwise perfect clog into a uncomfortable clog.
I absolutely agree with a previous reviewer's (Jared) comments that these clogs "are not bare foot friendly and worn without socks will murder your feet". I will go just a bit further than Jared and say that even worn with socks your feet may not be torn up but it is certainly not as comfortable as other clogs that have a soft cushiony feel. Arch support was also minimal.
Fortunately for me the local sporting goods store ("Dicks") carried these clogs and I was able to try them on with some cheap orthotics that when inserted into the clog not only covered the rubber nubs but also provided the soft cushiony feel I wanted with better arch support. All the problems were solved and now I have the perfect clog!
For those of you who have the same concerns and wish to follow suit with my solution please be aware that the orthotics take up space within the clog ( unlike clogs made by "KlogsUSA" which have a removable sole that can be interchanged with an orthotic). I wear a size 8/12 tennis shoe. With the orthotic in place I bought a size 10 clog. Last bit of advice: if you buy an orthotic to cover the nubs buy a full orthotic that spans the entire clog from toe to heel because the nubs extend the entire length of the foot. Hope this was helpful.

My wife and her sister kept telling how comfortable crocs were and that i should try them. I always thought they looked ridiculous but then i found this style on Amazon. I'm very happy with my purchase! I've had them for over a year and they don't smell bad, the material and fasteners for the straps are still solid and they are VERY comfortable. I have wide feet and many shoes are too narrow but these fit great! My work prohibits me from wearing open toe shoes or sandals, but these have enough covering on the top to be allowable. They are very stylish, comfortable and cool. Frankly they don't look like crocs at first glance. Can't wear them in any substantial rain or snow, but that's true of any sandal unless you wear them without socks. The best time of year is early spring or late fall and i love to wear them with heavy socks.

I found these in a drug store in Boquete Panama of all places. These are the first Crocs I've ever owned. I wear an 8.5 wide. All the store had was an 8 and a 10. Rats, a 9 would have been perfect. However since the back strap is adjustable, I just pulled it snug and they are fine. Without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I've worn them almost every day since I got them about 8 or 10 months ago. The soles seem to ware down quickly though and I've almost got a hole in the bottom of one now. So I just ordered some more crocs, not the same ones, as I think they are great and my feet NEVER hurt and I've got problems in that area so I'm very picky. I've also got wide feet and these are made wide so they were perfect.
I ordered my wife some Croc flip-flops but I showed her what I ordered and she said I'll never wear them. I also got her a pair of the Croc fleese lined shoes for around the house. Same comment. Hopefully if I can even get her to try them on she will like them. But hey guys..... you know women. Can't live without them. At least I'm trying.
